Hi,I am Amna Adnan – Welcome to Mashrik.
I’m a BS Dermatolgy student, skincare enthusiast, and blog writer passionate about guiding pre-medical students, future derma techs and skincare lovers through my experiences and research.
My journey started with MDCAT(medical enterance test) – the stress, the pressure and overwhelming syllabus.After three months of constant hardwork, missing alot of family fuction and sleepless nights, I appeared in the MDCAT 2024 exam in September.Unfortunately, due to faulty MCQs and incorrect answer keys, the exam was cancelled and reconducted in December 2024.
I qualified Army Medical Univerites (under NUMS) for MBBS and even private medical colleges, but due to high financial costs, I decided to take a different path – one that still aligned with my passion of dermatolgy.
Instead of choosing the long route of MBBS + specialization,I descovered BS Dermatolgy – a focused modern degree that combines medical science with practical skincare and aesthetic expertise.At first, like many students I was broken and confused, but exploring allied health sciences opened up a world of opportunites i never knew existed.
